60-day money-back guarantee
Every KRYO jacket is covered by a 60-day guarantee from the delivery date. If your jacket isn't right for you, for any reason, you can send it back and get a refund.
Return conditions
- The request must be made within 60 days of delivery.
- The jacket must be clean and undamaged, ideally with its tags.
- Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival or doesn't match your order.
Defective or damaged item
If your jacket arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, we'll send you a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice. Send us your order number and a few photos of the problem.
How to make a request
Email us at aratelotanit@gmail.com with your order number. We reply within 24 hours and explain how to return the item.
Refund
Once your return is received and checked, the refund is issued to the payment method used for the order within 14 days at most.
Right of withdrawal
Under articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a legal period of 14 days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. Our 60-day guarantee is in addition to this right and does not replace it.
Cancellation
An order can be cancelled and fully refunded as long as it hasn't shipped.
