Terms and conditions of sale
1. Overview
This website is operated by KRYO. The terms “we” and “our” refer to KRYO. By placing an order on this site, you accept these terms.
2. Products
We do our best to show the products, their colors and the reactive effect as accurately as possible. The intensity of the color effect may vary with the amount of moisture, temperature and light. Slight differences in how colors look on different screens are not a defect.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes. Bundle discounts are applied automatically in the cart. We may change our prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you order.
4. Order and payment
Your order is confirmed once payment is approved. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud or if an item is out of stock; you are then refunded in full.
5. Shipping
Delivery times and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Right of withdrawal, returns and guarantee
You have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt (articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), plus our 60-day money-back guarantee. Details are in our Refund Policy.
7. Legal guarantees
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site (texts, images, logo) belongs to KRYO and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Liability
We cannot be held liable for misuse of the product. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned.
10. Mediation
In case of a dispute, you can use a consumer mediator free of charge or the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law.
